When trying to load forms to acknowledge or invoice a purchase order the following message comes up. Application blocked by security settings. Your security settings have blocked an application signed with an expired or not-yet-valid certificate from running.

I am having a similar problem. I am using Chrome, I have cleared the Cashe and Cookies, as well as enabling Nappi in chromes settings, and I have added the website to the trusted sites in my java security settings. But I still get the "Application Blocked by Java Security". this is preventing me from invoicing.

I am having the same issue. I even added to the exceptions list, but I still am unable to pull up any forms.

Same issue, also added to exeption list and same issue!  Worked yesterday haven't updated changed a thing.......... Using IE

Thank you for posting the image!  That is consistent with what I have seen prior to adding the four sites to trusted sites in Java (second bullet point above).  Not to sound repetitive, but just looking to confirm they sites have been added?  This article explains how to do so.

yes I did both fixes you posted and I just double checked to make sure I entered sites correctly and they are as well.

we are also experiencing the same issue as the other users.  Followed all your instructions about the 4 trusted sites and clearing history and the java error still occurs.   Upgraded the java . What is the next suggestion to resolve this problem ?  Please help .

I did everything and then uninstalled Java and then reinstalled it. It is working
fine now.

I am sorry to hear that people are still running into issues, how frustrating!  At this point, we have seen the above solution work specifically to the new error seen yesterday.  Beyond that, there can be multiple reasons for Java errors.  Would you mind calling out support team at 1-888-739-3232 option 1, 1, or chat in to our team, whichever is easiest for you.  To access the chat function, please go to the home Support Center screen and select Contact Us along the right hand side.  You should have the option to select chat, followed by WebForms Support. 

I do not like to redirect posts, however outside of the above solution, there are numerous issues we may run into.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help further.
