Problem invoicing purchase orders

I'm trying to invoice Wayfair purchase orders and the following message comes up, "Application blocked by deployment rule set". Please advise since we are falling behind in invoicing. I already tried doing what you suggested but this is where it got me to.

Hello!

Sorry you are experiencing this. I will provide some troubleshooting steps that should resolve this issue. However, this this may be easier to troubleshoot over the phone or via a desktop share.

First off, I would recommend making sure you have the most up to date version of java. Loading forms on the newest version is always recommended to optimize WebForms.

Next, could you check the exception site list in the java control panel to make sure there are no SPS websites in there. To access that, follow these steps:

  1. Click the 'Start' menu on your computer, typically in the lower-left hand side of your screen. Select Select Control Panel on the right-hand side. If you see eight icons, select Programs followed by Java. If you see numerous icons, select Java. Once the Java console loads, select the Security tab. With the most recent update, you will notice that "Very High" and "High" are the two security levels.  Ensure that "high" is selected and click "Edit Site List."
  2. Remove our websites from that list if they are in there. You can remove these by choosing the 'Edit Site List...' icon. The four websites that may be in there are:

https://wfds.hosted-commerce.net

https://d1fg89xd3uxd3m.cloudfront.net

         3. Restart the browser and try again.
