I have been trying to invoice purchase orders for Wayfair. The screen says "Please wait... your form is loading" but no forms are loading. Please advise what should be done since we are falling behind in the invoicing.

Good Afternoon!

Thank you for posting to the Support Center. There are a few reasons why the site may be stalled at the "Please wait...your form is loading" screen. It could potentially be a Java issue or a browser issue, depending on the browser you are using. I will run through a few potential solutions below but if you are still running into issues please feel free to call in to the number below and one of our analysts would be happy to assist you.

Please Follow these steps for each browser (Please note that Edge, Chrome and Safari are not supported browsers):

If you are using Mozilla Firefox (Our preferred browser):
  1. Go to Java.com
  2. Under the big red "Download Free Version of Java" button click "Do I have Java?"
  3. This will bring you to a new page where you will wan to click "Verify Java"
  4. You may be asked to activate Java. If so, click on that option
  5. Also, there may be a 'Red Lego Block' icon in the upper left hand corner of your browser near the URL bar.
  6. If that appears, please click on it and change both plugins to "Allow and Remember"
  7. After that you will need to refresh your page and try and verify again or attempt to load a form through WebForms
  8. In WebForms, if there is a prompt to run that comes up, please click on 'run'
  9. You may need to do this 2-3 times before your computer learns that Java is safe to run

If you are in Internet Explorer:
  1. Follow the same steps 1-4 from above
  2. The only difference is you won't see a 'Red Lego Block' here but you may see a 'Run' bar pop up towards the bottom of your screen that you will want to click in order to run Java
  3. You may also need to try steps 7-9 from above

Moving forward in an effort to reduce errors such as these from occurring, our new product to be released in 2016 will no longer be using Java. This is a step made to keep your documents and work flow processing smoothly and efficiently.

Regards,

SPS Commerce Infinite Retail Power

Also, another great tool to use to assist you in solving this problem would be our 'WebForms Self Diagnostic Tool'. You can reach this tool by going to the home page of our support center HERE and then clicking on the 'WebForms Self Diagnostic' on the upper right hand side. This is an interactive tool that should be able to help you come to a rapid solution for this problem!
