Below are three common issues and resolutions to the issues when printing documents, such as a Purchase Order, in Mozilla Firefox.

1. Document skipping line items or not printing in full
  1. Click the menu button new fx menu

and select Print. The print preview window will appear.
  2. In the print preview window, make sure Scale is set to Shrink To Fit.
  3. Make sure the Portrait orientation is set.
  4. Click Page Setup... The Page Setup window will appear.
  5. In the Page Setup window, click the Margins & Header/Footer tab.
  6. In the Margins section, make sure the page margins are set correctly.  We will want Bottom: 0.0.
  7. Click OK to close the Page Setup window and return to the Print Preview window. You may close out of the Print Preview window.

2. Printing multiple documents - Cover page with following pages blank
  1. Check the box to the left of all documents your are looking to print (within your WebForms account).
  2. Select Print Documents from the Select an Action menu.
  3. From the below print screen, ensure "Each Frame Separately" is chosen.

3. Printing documents to one page (smaller documents)
  1. Click the menu button new fx menu

and select Print. The print preview window will appear.
  2. In the print preview window, adjust the Scale to approximately 75%.
Your document should now scale to a single page.
