Print Preview is blank and a blank page prints Orders

I can view the orders but when I print the page is blank.  Print preview is also blank.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.

Typically this is an issue we see with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. I would suggest switching to a different browser if you are in Google Chrome, but below are the steps to resolve this in Internet Explorer:

1. Make sure you are logged into your WebForms account
2. In the upper right-hand corner right below the red X, click on the gear for the tools menu.
3. From the Tools menu, select "Compatibility View Settings"
4. You will see the website "" in the field to add. Go ahead and click Add.
5. Close out of the Compatibility View Settings menu and return to your WebForms account. From there try to open an order. You should see that they come up with your information. The same thing should also happen in print preview now.
