Price change submittals

I have submitted price changes to a customer through Web Forms and they are not receiving them. The changes were submitted on 12/12/2013 and again on 01/03/2014. The customer does not see them, while on my end they appear to be going through alright and I am not getting any error messages. Do you have any idea what could be going on?
