Hello Maria,

Thanks for posting in the support center! I think this issue may be related to your settings in Internet Explorer. In order to change these settings you will need to go to the tools option in the upper left hand corner of your browser. You will then select internet options and choose the delete button under the browsing history section. This will then open a new window titled Delete Browsing History. In this screen you will want to make sure that the "cookies" and "temporary internet files" boxes are checked and you can then delete. Then you will want to select the settings button under browsing history. This will open a new window titled Temporary Internet Files and History Settings. Here you will see "check for newer version of stored pages" and 4 circles below that. You will want to change that setting to "Every time I visit the webpage"

I believe that changing these two settings should allow you to properly print your invoices!

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or need additional clarification regarding these settings.

Hello Kayla,

Thank you for your prompt reply to the problem I posted. I followed the instructions, however it did not solve my problem. Any other suggestions you can suggest?

Thank you.

Hey Maria,

I'm sorry those trouble shooting steps didn't work. I think that adding SPS to your trusted sites might be another step we could try to fix this error. I have attached a link to a video describing how to do this.

Adding Trusted Sites to Internet Explorer

Please let me know if this still doesn't resolve the issue and I will continue to look into ways we can fix this issue.

Hi Kayla,
I added SPS to the trusted site but still have the problem. I decided to try Firefox and I am able to print but it is printing on two pages which is a total waste of paper (I tried printing clicking on each option - As laid out on screen, each frame separately and the selected frame) each frame separately printed two pages; the selected frame did not print anything; and As laid out on screen only printed the Webforms cover page).....

Hey Maria,

I'm afraid there isn't a way to shrink the pages to make them all print on one page. You may be able to set the scaling settings withing your printers preferences, but other than that I do not see a way to print these pages to one page. You should be selecting the frames as each frame separately to ensure that it prints all the pages of the orders.

I would be happy to take a look at your printer settings and Internet Explorer issues so we can determine a resolution for this issue. Feel free to contact us at 888-739-3232 Option 1 and ask for Kayla and we can definitely take a look into this.

It looks like you might be printing through "Select an Action" -- that always has an extra page. Did you try viewing the document and then using the print icon at the top?

Yes that did it!! I forgot that I had posted this question awhile back - just resorted to going to a different computer that let me print them on one page per invoice.  Decided to research again and saw your suggestion - worked like a charm!!   Thank you!!!
