POA Gone from SPS

We access our Grainger transactions through the WebForm (Fulfillment) portal. As of June 1, our option to do acknowledgements for Grainger is no longer available. When we look at the transactions that this Trading Partner accepts, the acknowledgement is no longer listed there so we can not activate it. (Barrel Accessories and Supply). This is happening to us too, would you be able to fix ours too?
