I had a series of PO's come in from DSG this afternoon. We also pull them into Mas500 via Mapadoc. When I printed out my SO range spreadsheet and my SO's, there were 2 PO's that did not transmit via SPS. PO 7176797522 & PO 7176797504. Can you please help me find out if this was a miscommunication in transmission, or if perhaps this PO was cancelled via SPS but still transmitted via Mapadoc? thank you so much!

Hello Michelle!

I believe these PO's were supposed to impact with the other PO's you received from DSG. We experienced a brief data flow issue early this morning that impacted those two PO's 7176797522 & PO 7176797504. Our tech team resent all PO's that was impacted by this issue.

I believe you have now have these two PO's from DSG in your Sage 500 ERP system, I show they successfully sent to the mapadoc adapter.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.

Thanks!
