Why doesn't my PO display images, headers etc. in my browser?

In Webforms when we click on a PO it displays the data without any headers/images. This makes it difficult to discern what is what in the PO e.g. the different dates etc.

Good afternoon Adefunke!

If your Purchase Order is not displaying properly in WebForms, this is typically related to the internet browser you are using or a browser setting.

The two currently supported browsers for WebForms are Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. If you are using Internet Explorer in particular, please try turning on Compatibility View to adjust the display:

This can be activated by clicking on the blue torn paper icon in your URL bar:

OR by selecting Compatibility View from the Tools drop-down menu in the upper left-hand corner of your browser.

If after turning this setting on and/or trying Mozilla Firefox you still experience any trouble displaying POs in WebForms, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Thanks and have a great day!

Purchase orders can't be viewed or printed..

We have five Cardinal Purchase Orders but when I click on them so I can print them, they don't show up. I need to see the orders and print them. Help!

My POs do not open in IE 11 or Chrome. I have noticed lately that the system is growing more buggy. I have to open labels several times to get them to display, and java seems to take forever to load. Has something changed? I am so frustrated with the slow speed and inability to open POs that I am seriously considering switching to a new provider and requesting my setup charges be refunded.

Thanks.

Why I cant see the content of Po change??.

I received the PO change, but when I open the PO change, I only see blank. After accepting the PO change, there is still blank in the order. I can't see the information. Why ??

Setting IE to view hosted-commerce.net in compatibility mode worked for me. Now I have two websites I have to use this silly browser with. ;-)
