PO# 4618008840 SHIPPED OUT OF OUR WAREHOUSE TO GRAINGER. HOWEVER WHEN I GO TO TRY AND SUBMIT THE INVOICE THE PO COMES UP AS CANCELLED?? THIS MATERIAL DEFINITELY SHIPPED OUT SO IT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED OR INVOICED. CAN YOU PLEASE ADVISE? THANKS!!

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I investigated this issue for you, and in searching for that PO number, it looks like your trading partner sent you a Purchase Order Change that is a cancellation of the order. When you receive changes, you have the choice to accept or reject orders, and in this case, it looks like you've accepted that cancellation change. 

If you have already shipped the items, we would recommend either reaching out to your trading partner to discuss a return, or you can contact SPS directly at (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1 and we can help you go back and reject that cancellation.
