The right side of DSG purchase orders are cut off. This just started today. I am using Internet Explorer. How can I get the whole page to print without being cut off on the side?

Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

When a document is being cut off during the printing process there are a few troubleshooting steps to take:

1.  Make sure your margins are all set to 0.01 on all four sides
2. If they revert back to something else, you will need to make sure you have that printer set as your default printer
3. Ensure you are downloading the whole document and not printing from the browser but from the PDF

If you have taken all of these steps, you may be experiencing a unique issue and I would advise calling into the Support Team.  The issue is most likely the communication. between WebForms and the printer and they will need to get on a desk top share and view the issue to take any further steps.

Thank you,

I am having this same problem, but only with one specific customer's purchase orders.  What does it mean to 'download the whole document and not printing from the browser but from the PDF' ?  Usually when we print, we click the PO's we want, then choose 'Print Documents' from the drop down & the printer prompt comes up, click print & there aren't any issues.  It's also strange that it is only for one customer, and the rest of the purchase orders print out as normal.  Also I am using Internet Explorer.

Hello Robyn-

Did you follow the steps above with the margins? Also, when you click print documents right now what is happening? Are you still able to print but they just aren't printing out the right side?

What she meant by download the whole document and not print from the browser is that when you click on an individual PO there will be a printer icon in the upper right hand corner of the PO - that is the icon you want to click to print - not click File > Print in the browser window.

Could you try and print one single PO at a time and see if that works? If it still doesn't work and you have followed all of the steps above then you will want to call in to our number (below) and an analyst will be able to better assist you over the phone.

Best Regards,

I have never gotten it to print correctly.  It only happens to a couple of customer's, not all.  I have tried to print from list and also print from open document.  I have tried printing to pdf and printing to printer.  I have updated java, windows, internet explorer and adobe.  The only thing that works for me is to sign out of internet explorer and print from Mozilla Firefox.  I don't like to use Mozilla Firefox, so I only use it to print these specific customer POs.

Hi Stephanie-

This seems like you are experiencing quite the unique issue. I think it would be best for you to call in to our Support number so someone can try and take a more thorough look at your printer, browser and computer settings.

Best Regards,

Max
