I have attempted to use SPS Commerce from 3 browsers.Google is a bad choice, so I attempted to use this service on Internet Explorer, but it was completely incompatible and each and every time I open the browser I need to add it to my compatibility use webpages (every time - multiple times a day)

With IE the loading times with the webforms are unbearable. The default appearance/format for IE makes page very small. I have attempted to modify the view settings on SPS on IE but it doesn't change.

Firefox is the most efficient to load and process webforms. I have no issues. Loading times are prompt and I have never had an issue submitting. The format of SPS is very easy to read and maneuver.

My main issue is printing the POs when they arrive. On IE and Firefox I am having issues. IE will  eventually print, however it prints a 1 page PO over 4 or 5 pages because the font is so big. It also prints a "Document Printout Cover Page" which is a waste.

On Firefox I can load the PO on the webpage, but when I print from the webforms inbox (where you can select multiple POs to print) the page is blank, save for a "WebForms" on the upper center of the page. I've taken to opening all POs separately that can open so I can complete my work. the format is not ideal, but at least I get my POs. I have followed every single app/add-on extension suggested on previous questions, and every step-by-step for Internet Explorer to make these documents print and still, I am unable to make this work effectively.

I am simply searching for a way that I can use the Firefox browser to print multiple POs at once without receiving the blank page "Webforms" issue.

You keep offering solutions for Internet Explorer - but IE is so slow it is unable to open any of my webforms documents to submit anything. I would like a solution for Firefox since the browser has better security and speed than IE and can actually load my forms.

Hi Karah!  Thank you for posting.

I’m very sorry for the inconvenience that you’re experiencing while loading forms and printing PO with IE and FireFox.  When printing any document from SPS Commerce, we have found consistent success in setting the printer that is being used to “Default Printer”.  This will allow the documents to be printed quickly and smoothly.  Next, because SPS is always working off the most up to date browser, I would highly recommend checking your browsers’ version number and verifying that they are up to date (whether you’re using IE or FireFox).

In terms of printing from IE please make sure that the zoom percentage isn’t surpassing 100%.  When the percentage is larger than 100% this is when we see the font looking unproportioned.

Now, looking into FireFox, our vendors should be able to print multiple POs at a time from this browser as well.  What I would recommend is making sure that “Print Each Frame Separately” is selected when the printer prompt is visible.  This will allow more frames to be on each page.

If you have tried all of these steps and are still experiencing difficulties please reach out to our WebForms Support Team at 1-888-739-3232 Opt 1 Opt 1.  We will be happy to troubleshoot at a more in depth level and get to the root of the problem.

Thank you!

Hello Garret,

I have done nearly all of those things save for the "Print Each Frame Separately" - which I have now selected. While it doesn't look quite as pretty as I usually like my SPS Forms to print, I can deal with that for the ability to print multiple POs at once on Firefox.

I did double check on IE and the zoom is actually set at 100%, but since you've assisted the Firefox dilemma I won't focus on any IE issues.

Thank you for your prompt reply Garret! I love how fast and polite SPS Commerce is regarding customer issues - you guys are leaders in the CS Field, thank you very much.
