PO IS NOT LETTING ME INVOICE

I'M TRYING TO SUBMIT AN INVOICE UNDER PO# 4618295459 AND IT IS NOT GIVING ME AN OPTION TO. I LOOKED IN THE CHANGE ORDER AND IT WASN'T EVEN GIVING ME AN OPTION TO ACCEPT THE CHANGE. CAN YOU PLEASE ADVISE HOW I CAN GET THIS INVOICE SUBMITTED?

It looks like you have already accepted the Purchase Order Change that came through, so you can now work off of the new PO that was generated to reflect those changes.  This PO can be found in your inbox with a date of September 19, 2016.
