PO deleted by mistake

Having issue with Java, which I have fixed, but order got deleted in the process.  Can you release 7018288161 so I can invoice that PO?

Hello,

I looked into this request and I'm seeing that you are reaching out from Quality Driven Custom Packaging.  For PO: 7018288161 I'm seeing that it is not deleted, but archived in your WebForms account.

I'm also seeing that an invoice: 88892 was sent today from that PO.  If you need to send another one, you will need to unarchive the PO and then you should be able to send a second invoice from that PO.

To do that, go to the search menu in Webforms, put the ID number in the ID field, then select Archived from the status dropdown menu.  It will come up in that search.  From there: click in the box in the status column and select unarchive from the action dropdown menu at the bottom of the screen.

It will then unarchive it and it was disappear from the search.  Move the status back to all status for for search parameters and it will come up again and you will be able to work with the document.

If it does not allow you to work with it at that point, I would suggest calling into the Support Team so they can troubleshoot with you in the moment to resolve the issue.
