PO Acknowledgement not showing in Ad Hoc Reporting

I have uploaded file PR110422.app via FTP file integration this morning and it's not showing in Ad Hoc Reporting.  The is a purchase order acknowledgement for an Amazon order and it needs to be processed before we can move forward with Routing and ASNs.  Please advise why this file is not being processed and help get is processed ASAP.

I'm so sorry for the late reply, I looked into your POA and I see that that file was processed at 11:59am yesterday.

It looks like files were processed throughout the day, but that is when that file was picked up.  If you are still not seeing it, or are not able to process your order, I would call into our Support Team and they can take a further look into this: You may be experiencing a unique issue.
