PO Acknowledgement form is not loading

The following are the orders that's outstanding for PO Acknowledgements and this goes back to Feb 29th 2016.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I took a look at those POs and you should be able to load up the form to send the PO Acknowledgement.  You will want to follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve this:

Your first step is the use the WebForms Self Diagnosis Tool:

From there, navigate to the forms will not load section and see if this is able to help you resolve the issue.  If you find that this does not help you resolve your issue, it is basically going over these points:

- Make sure you are in Internet Explorer or FIreFox, forms will not work in other browsers
- ensure you have Java working on your computer
- ensure the browser is letting you run Java

If these tools do not help you resolve the issue, I would advise calling into our Support Team and describing the issue to them and they can hop on a desk top share if they need to to resolve the issue.  You may be experiencing a unique issue at that point.
