Please, please don't make your customers do so much data entry when setting up defaults for forms. With today's technology, there must be a way to setup data for defaults once and then associate them with forms and fields. It is truly unfortunate that I must manually enter every variation of every line in every form for every retailer! I have wasted hours of time doing this!

Hi Matt,

Thanks for posting in our Support Center.  I think that is a great idea!  Right now Defaults have to be entered per retailer per form, so I understand that it is manual-entry intensive. I think it would be helpful if WebForms users could enter some basic Ship From information for example in the Defaults then choose the forms that sources into. I will send this to our Product Management team for further consideration.  Thanks!

Hi Matt,

I completely understand your frustration with our defaults configuration screens. We shouldn't be asking you to do the same thing twice. One of the challenges we've found is that retailers often use a single field in different ways. We've been working hard to identify and normalize all of these instances so that the information structure will be ready for us to redesign defaults management into a single, simple interface.
