Please advise the requirements for Walmart Stores and in regard to ASN's.

Good morning Anna,

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

I see that you had chatted in yesterday about this issue but I just wanted to follow up. As far as EDI documents, the only required documents for Walmart are for you to be able to receive Purchase Orders and for you to send Invoices. Unless otherwise told by Walmart then this will be all that you need to send/receive. is a bit different as those orders are usually Drop-Ship orders. They require that we have the following documents and you should be sending/receiving these documents unless otherwise noted by Walmart.
  • Receiving: Purchase Order, Purchase Order Changes, Application Advice
  • Sending: Purchase Order Acknowledgment, Advanced Ship Notice ( uses this as an invoice as well), Inventory Advice
I do not see that you have a connection with so I am not sure if you are trying to get setup with them or if you have a separate connection with them somewhere else but if you would like to setup a connection with then please let me know and I can provide you with the right resources to get that started.
