Petco - Advance Ship Notice - I can't fill in "Carrier Tracking #" field

I'm trying to complete an ASN for Petco and am required to include the SCAC and Carrier tracking number (we were fined for non-compliance for not including this previously). The SCAC I have no problem with, I've filled that in under "Carriers code" but for the Tracking number, there is a field there but I cannot click on it or enter any data.

A prompt response on this would be greatly appreciated, I need to get the ASN for the first order sent tomorrow.
