Partner Information - Details not appearing for new user

A new user was created.  When that user tries to access the "Partner Information" link on the left side of the welcome screen after logging in, the resulting screen only displays this message:

Partner Information

Start creating transactions online or review your trading partner's specific EDI requirements and certify your own solution.

What needs to be done to allow this user to be able to see all of the partner information?

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

You will need to use the administrative account to activate the different partners for the new account.

Log into the administrative account, go to the newsfeed page, which is the first page you see and click on Company User Admin.

From there you should see both user names listed.  Click on the edit pencil for the new user.  At that point, I would suggest choosing ALL from the drop down menu of your trading partners and then you must go through and select read/write for each of the options.  This will enable that new user to view and work with those documents.

Then log out and log back into the new user account.  If the information is still not there, you may be experiencing a different issue.  I would suggest calling into our Support Team so they can get on a desk top share to determine what may be happening there.
