We created a partial ASN in July for Indigo PO#XXXXXX1835 as some items were back ordered. We would now like to ship the remaining items from that order, but the portal doesn't allow us to create another ASN for this PO. It there a method to send a 2nd ASN for a PO?

Thanks
Steve

Good Morning Stephen,

Thank you for your question.  When you sent that first ASN for this purchase order, the 'Done' check box was clicked on the form.  When you click that, it will cross-off the ASN so you don't send a second one by mistake.  You can open that ASN option back up.  To do this, please find the purchase order, place a check mark in the status column, go down to the select an action menu (near the bottom of the page), and choose 'Open'.  This will open the next steps options for you and will allow you to send the additional ASNs.  This video will walk you through the select an action menu.

If you are using Internet Explorer and you follow the steps above, the ASN option may still be crossed off.  To resolve this issue please go to Tools > Internet Options.  In the pop-up window make sure you are on the 'General' tab.  Under the section 'Browsing History' you will see a 'Delete' button and 'Settings' button.  You will need to click on that settings button. In the final window, near the top, you will see 'Check for newer versions of stored pages', please choose 'Every time I visit the webpage'.  Then you can click OK and go back to your WebForms account, refresh the page, and it should work.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if you would like me to clarify anything above. Have a great day!
