Pallet Count Wrong

We sent out an ASN on Friday but our pallet count came out wrong. We are shipping 1 pallet that contains 16 boxes all which are going to a different dc but it came out as 16 pallets. We are shipping to Bloomingdale's Outlet and our PO# 2614075

Hello Ivan,

Thank you for your post! In this situation you will need to create a new ASN for this PO and select "carton" rather than "pallet" when you are entering the item information. 

I would also suggest reaching out to your contact at Bloomingdale's Outlet to ask them to disregard the ASN that was send with incorrect information. You can let them know that you will be sending a corrected ASN.
