the page tab at the bottem of the page is more difficult to work with now that we can't see how many total docs.

You can get the total by doing a search and clicking the link for the total. Computing an exact total each time slowed the page down and we didn't want everyone to wait for a feature that isn't needed every time.

Hello Pam! Thank you for sharing your feedback! I'm sorry that you are finding the document count difficult to work with.

As James mentioned, our development team made this change to the document count functionality in order to decrease the amount of time that it takes to load the Inbox pages. Before this update, the WebForms page would essentially pull in all the documents in order to calculate the document total, which used extra processing power, and thus took longer. Now, WebForms only loads the number of documents on the current Inbox page and avoids the extra calculation steps.

We will make sure that your suggestion reaches our Product Management team to see how this can be addressed in the future.

Please let us know if you would like any further information on how to use the Search function in order to get the total document count.
