Thanks for your post in the Support Center! I would be happy to take a look at this issue with you. I can search our system to see if the original PO is in our system. Do you happen to know what date Costco transmitted the original PO? It is also possible that there was any error on Costco's end. If you are able to get back to me with a date I can definitely run that search!

The original P.O. was sent on 5/14/14. When I didn't find it after a day had gone by, I asked to have it resent but the buyer put it in as a change which continues to fail.

Thanks a lot for the additional info. I was able to locate the original PO in our system and confirm with one of our Application Specialists that it was caught up in a batch of files that were stuck in transit. I was able to reprocess the PO and confirm that it has now posted successfully to your WebForms account.
