Are you able to help generate an order into SPS if I provide you the PO# ?

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

We are only able to access orders within the SPS system if your trading partner sends the PO through your SPS Connection. If an order was sent manually, or through another EDI provider, SPS may not have access to it.

If you use our WebForms product, we would recommend reaching out to your trading partner if they are set up as a connection through SPS, and asking them to send to this connection. If you use an integrated solution and your own ERP system, you can feel free to contact your ERP system's support team, and they should be able to help you manually enter a PO into your system.
