Order changes not showing in SPS

Hi I created a ticket number for this early this morning (Ticket Number: 02108594) but haven't heard back. Academy Sports says they sent several Change Orders yesterday at 4:23 pm "and all have been acknowledged as received by the vendors EDI system". (which is SPS). I don't see them in SPS or in any reports. Can you help me?

Thank you for posting!  I am not seeing any documents hitting our system from Academy Sports intended for your account yesterday.  Are you able to get transmission details from Academy Sports, such as Purchase Order Change numbers, control numbers, etc?

Hi Jordan, I just reached out to Krista @ Academy and got this response:

Did you give them the PO numbers they are asking for?  You'd add three zeros to the front of the numbers provided a couple emails down.

A quick update from Krista:

Academy does not send purchase orders changes (860s).  We just resend the same PO (850) with the changes.

If you  have received 860s.. we only use this to completely cancel a PO.

I don't know if this helps, but we are testing with them right now, and haven't gone live yet (on integrated) - but because the previous orders appeared before during same testing, I don't think that has much to do with it....

Of course!  And thank you for that, that is quite helpful.  The cause has been determined and I am working with your Implementation Analyst (Jeffrey Fallat) to get it resolved.  Once the issue has been fixed, we will reprocess all data.

Just for peace-of-mind, it is an issue with the setup and once resolved you should not run into these issues again.
