Hi Robert,

Thank you for posting!  It looks like this case was sent to our Retail Fulfillment Support team. They have a service level agreement of 24 business hours for a response time, so someone will be looking into this by tomorrow morning.

As well, I apologize that the number you tried wasn't working. We did just change
our phone menu options, so the line you will want to call is 1-888-739-3232 option 1 for EDI Fulfillment then Option 4. Please let us know if you are experiencing problems with that number. We do recommend for a fast solution to call us since we have analysts available 24/7.
