Open POs dropping out of Inbox

A bunch of older open POs have dropped out of my inbox and I need to get them to show again. I'm still shipping off of these POs and can't do an ASN.

Thank you for reaching out to the Support Center! In regards to your inquiry, the POs should remain in your account but either a couple things could have happened.

1. They were pushed onto another page of your inbox
2. You have a setting to only show orders for a specific amount of time in your inbox
3. You have archived the orders

Here is how to fix these:
1. Feel free to run a search for your PO in question in the upper left corner above the status column.
2. You can change your settings by going to preferences on the left side of the screen. There will be an option to modify "months in inbox."
3. You can run a search for archived documents. To do this, check out these link!
