Hello,

Thank you for contacting the Support Center! In regards to your question, you will want to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the order tab
  2. Place a check in the box under Item Status
  3. Choose the option from the Shipment/Order Status Code and place a future date in the date field
  4. Choose Item or Service Not Available from the drop down for the Status Reason field
I am going to bring this up to our development to make this more clear as to state the order status as Item Cancelled and allow you to choose the status reason that makes the most sense for your situation.
