Is it possible to receive one email notification PER DAY per customer when new orders are received, rather than one email for every order?

Good morning Beth, This is currently not an option but definitely a great idea! I have updated this topic to an idea and notified our Product Management team as I know we are looking to review the over all email notification setup/process. Be sure to follow this and any other relevant topics to stay informed of new replies and updates!

Hi Beth,

Thanks for the great idea! We're putting together a project that re-tools how we approach notifications in WebForms. We'd like to give our users a lot more control over both the content and deliver methodology for all email notifications. I think this idea fits nicely within the scope of that project. The bad news is our planning window is pretty long at the moment so we won't be able to begin this project for a few months. Stay tuned to this thread and I'll post an update once we have a project start date!

Regards,
Colin

Is there an update on this? Our support team is getting an email notification for every single new document that comes in on our account. How can I manage notification preferences?

Hello,

Currently, WebForms gives you the option of getting one email per trading partner or one email for all the new documents.

You can access this option in your preferences.  On the left hand side of your WebForms account you will see the preferences option.  Click on that and that will open up a window that has the New Document Email Notifications settings.  There you can choose Aggregate or one per partner.  Choose the one that you best fits your business needs and save.

Thank you,

Also, is it possible to get OFF the notification list and still keep the admin status?  I have someone else receiving and processing everything and don't need to receive all of the notifications every day.

Hi!

To manage your email notifications, you would click on the blue SPS Commerce logo on the upper left hand side of the screen and that will take you to your NewsFeed page.  From there, click on company user admin.  Then you will see your usernames listed there.  Most companies only have one, so just click on the pencil under edit.

That will open a new window and you will see all the email addresses listed there that receive the notifications.  You can change this whenever you need to.  You can also add and remove whoever you would like.  You do not have to be on that email list.  Simply follow the instructions in red below the box and edit them to be what makes the most sense for your company.

Thank you,

Katrina
