On overview in fulfill.. can not see processed orders to access needed docs ?

On overview I can not see my orders that have been completed... Nothing there... Where did they go after processed ? I did not delete them ? Why no customer DIRECT support for the costs ? Tip for faster resolution would be to have an employee ready to answer. This is all that is NOW wrong with the country. 1 guy on his yacht, 10 employees off for the weekend, and 100 customers helping each other.

We do have several customer support options:

Via phone, we can be contacted 24/7 at (888) 739-3232, option 1, option 1. This is the most immediate option we offer, and our phone teams are readily available right now.
In your account, you can use the blue messenger icon to message our team directly! Our messenger team is in the office 8a-4p CST, Monday through Friday. It is currently 5:00PM so our messenger team is unavailable at the moment, but they will respond right away on Monday!
You can also email us at support@spscommerce.com for an email response within 48 hours.

For your completed orders in your account, these are in your Transactions Tab! The Overview tab only shows open orders, but all orders that are complete, and other documents, are in Transactions. You can access them any time.
