old CTC invoices in BOLD

Hello.  These are still in BOLD in Webforms and we have not received payment on them.  I'm unable to requeue them.  Can you push them thru so that CTC receives them?  If not, please advise if I need to reenter them from scratch.  Thanks.

Great catch, Margaret!  I have gone ahead and requeued the five Invoices while leaving the ASNs.  I will keep an eye and follow-up when I find them acknowledged. 

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do!

I still can not remove the invoices that are in bold print.

Is there anyway you can move them, they are from January 2015.

#1960936 and 1960264.

Presently we do not have a IT person who can help with this problem.
