Not getting SPS Email Communication

My company is Plum Inc. (Plum Organics). Late Friday 7/25 we stopped getting our SPS email messages alerting us to any new Web Forms documents in our inbox.

Hi Ed and Maury,

Thank you for your posts.  We are currently having an issue with notifications not being sent out (starting on 7/25).  I've added examples from both of your accounts to assist in the resolution.  Once our Systems Operations team corrects the issues, I will make sure to post a follow up here.  Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Good Morning!

I have good news!  The issue should now be corrected with the new document notifications.  We had a system build over the weekend which caused the issue.  We're updating the documentation and taking additional steps to ensure this issue does not occur again.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions.  Thanks for your patience.

Notifications are now being sent, however, we received 5 separate notifications, each listing all 4 POs pending.

Hi Deanna & Maury,

Thanks for the follow up.  It appears there are others having the same issue.  I am going to follow up with the systems team to make sure this does not continue to happen moving forward. I'm going to change the status back to 'In Progress' and follow up here with more information.
