I’ve created my Advance Ship Notice, but when I try to print my labels, it’s not showing the correct amount of labels. I need 12 labels but there are only 6 showing. How can I generate the correct number of labels?

First, I would double check the information entered on your Advance Ship Notice. The number of labels are generated from the information entered on the ASN. If you're not getting the correct number of labels, take a look at how the product information was packed on the order/detail tabs. Make note of the shipped quantity and quantity per carton information for each item, in addition to any extra store or pack repetitions. If you still cannot generate the correct number of labels, please feel free to contact Customer Operations. One of our analysts will be able to take a look at the information entered on the ASN and let you know what is causing the problem.

We recently were fined due to the issue below. It is an email stating an example of what went wrong by our customer. Can you help me figure out why the ASN 8301097317 didn't have the correct amount of shipping qty?

There are conflicting cartons counts listed in the TD1 segments at the order level and shipment level. Below is some raw data from another vendor that had the same issues several months ago. Please send this to your EDI dept

As with all actual vs. listed carton count errors:
There are conflicting carton counts in the TD1 segments at the shipment level, at the order level, & in relationship to the # of MAN segments.

The TD1 segment at the shipment level lists 3 cartons, while the TD1 segment at the order level lists 1....this is where the error is.

I’ve highlighted the areas of the ASN below.
