I am contacting you from Scientific Utility Brands, I was contacted today by a customer asking the status of there order. We never received any order through our SPS system, however they received a confirmation stating that it had been received. Can we troubleshoot this to see what is going on. This has caused a delay in there order which is not acceptable business practice for us.

Thank you for contacting the Support Center! I have tried running a few searches for this missing PO, but they are coming up blank. Can you please confirm the PO#? This will help me in my further investigation.
