Not receiving PO's sent by LL Bean since their SAP changeover

We have been in touch with Brandi Tucker, Elizabeth Stevens and others at SPS in trying to figure out why these 39 reissued LL Bean PO's have not made it through to us. We no longer have an in house IT Dept at work and some of the info we have been asked for from SPS is not known by anyone here. Can anyone there help us find out what our EDI Qualifier and ID is as well as the same info for LL Bean?
