Not receiving POs

Crider Foods-

Dollar General has sent over a PO on 1/7 ( PO # 816499) and I never received it. Dollar General contacted me last week to follow up and they sent over another PO through SPS ( PO # 834233) on 1/15/16. SPS does not show any sign of on my end of ever receiving them. We have received all of the information on the POs before so we figure it cannot be an issue due to new information.

Thank you for Posting to the Support Center!

It looks like you are experiencing quite the unique issue here. There looks to be successful data flow between you and Dollar General between 1/7 and 1/12 but I cannot pin point why those documents are not in your account. However, I am diligently working on a resolution. One quick question as well - how do you normally receive and process these documents; through WebForms or through your integrated connection?

I have made a case (#02438368) for this issue and will follow up with you via email there once I find out more. If you would like to discuss more feel free to call in and reference that case number.
