Nordstrom Direct has just placed at 14:06:33 Pacific on 2/15/2016.

But I never received it.

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

I have searched in our system and have not been able to locate this PO.  I see the POs for Nordstrom Direct go in numerical order and where this one would fit into the mix.  Unfortinatly, I'm not seeing it there.

The best practice for this situation is to contact Nordstrom Direct and ask them to resend it, or to ask them if they have a 997 receipt from us and we can track it in our system.  Usually in these cases the retailer mistakenly did not send it over and when they resend it, it transmits through with no issues.
