not receiving orders through SPS Webforms for our customer

I was contacted by our customer asking for status of their order.  We never received and order through SPS Webforms, however, they received a confirmation stating that it had been received.  Could you please tell me why we have not been receiving their PO's.  This is causing a delay in their orders.

The attached are details they have forwarded me from their end. 

Trading partner is Interline Brands, Transaction is purchase order, Direction is Outbound, Status is FA Recieved for all Document Reference nbr 598775 dated 7/25/16 transmission control number 850000201 document control number 244, DRN 602089 dated 7/25/16 transmission control number 850000201 document control number 243 and DRN 603991 dated 7/18/16 transmission number 850000200 document control number 242.

I have investigated these instances, and have concluded that they are all related to a isolated system issue. This issue delayed the transmission of the orders, but this has been resolved and all orders affected by this were re-transmitted. Once the issue was identified and corrected steps have been put into place to mitigate the chances of a similar occurrences from happening.
