Documents will not print.  They do not even show up in print que.

Good afternoon Terry,

Thank you for contacting SPS Commerce Support Center.   Below are a few troubleshooting steps to print from WebForms Fulfillment.

1. Go to the Start Menu

2. Go to Printers and Faxes

3. This maybe some times located under Settings or Settings and then Control Panel.  It may also be named just Printer

4. Right click on the printer and choose set as default printer.

5. If this option is not available it is probably because the printer is all ready the default printer.  It should also have a check mark on the printer if it is set as default.
