New document notification emails can be managed within your Fulfillment account. If you navigate to the "Preferences" tab and click on "Email Notifications," you can add / remove email addresses that should be notified of inbound documents.

Ryan,  we have checked your instructions and have the correct email address already in email notifications but we are still NOT getting the notifications of new purchase orders

Could you make sure that the email addresses are separated by commas in your Email Notification List? If that doesn't help, please contact our support line at 888.739.3232 for further troubleshooting.

there is only one email address (no commas needed) please let us know what might be causing no notifications
