When trying to print or pdf orders with several SKU's, the first two line items will appear on page 1 and the order totals will appear on page 2, but the rest of the line items do not get printed. This happens when viewing as a PDF as well.

Are you printing in landscape or portrait? Changing the orientation helped me with this same issue

Good morning,

Thank you both for posting!  I appreciate your feedback, Amanda, as I have actually not run into that.  Great to know!

If that does not resolve the issue, please take a look at the steps below.  I am going to assume you are in Firefox as that is where I have seen the margins affect printing.  Let me know if this assumption is incorrect or if either Amanda's or my thoughts do not resolve your issue.

  1. Click the menu button new fx menu and select Print. The print preview window will appear.
  2. In the print preview window, make sure Scale is set to Shrink To Fit.
  3. Make sure the Portrait orientation is set.
  4. Click Page Setup... The Page Setup window will appear.
  5. In the Page Setup window, click the Margins & Header/Footer tab.
  6. In the Margins section, make sure the page margins are set correctly.  We will want Bottom: 0.0.
  7. Click OK to close the Page Setup window and return to the Print Preview window. You may close out of the Print Preview window.

Have a great day,

Jordan
