Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center.  I will send you an email with this information as well.

I looked at the documents created off the PO: 0002696972 and found there is already an ASN created and saved off that PO.  So here are your different options:

1. If you are unable to open the draft saved in WebForms and the form is not loading up, it depends on the error you are experiencing.  If you are getting a security error, you will need to:
- open your start menu at the bottom of the computer
- open configure java
- go to the security tab
- remove all sites listed on the exception list
- log out and log back into WebForms
- if you are in IE you should have them load up at that point
- if you are in FF, you may need to allow and remember the java plug in
- to do that: there will be a red block on the upper left hand side
- click on the block and choose the allow and remember options from both the drop down menus
- your form should load

2. If you are working with the PO and you are trying to create an ASN and that option is greyed out and crossed off it is because you already have an ASN saved to your drafts folder that you will need to work with
- navigate to your drafts folder and search for ASN: 1030
- open the form and edit until ready to send

3. If you run into any roadblocks or these are not the issues you are experiencing, you may have a unique situation.  To troubleshoot that I would recommend calling in to customer support at: 1-888-739-3232 option 1 then option 1 again.  An analyst would be happy to troubleshoot the issue and help resolve it.

Thank you!
