Not able to load shipping labels or save forms

I don't believe webforms is fully functional - it is not letting us save our work or print labels.

HI Marie,

I moved this comment to a new thread in case the issue is unrelated and so the others don't get a ton of email notifications for it.  I was able to load up your ASN to Dicks and verify it was packed correctly.  I clicked save (without making changes to it) and then clicked shipping labels and was able to pull up the label.  Was there a different ASN or trading partner you were having trouble with?

We have two accounts - Eastman1 and Eastman3.  On Eastman3, we could not print labels.  So my shipping department went to Eastman1 and tried to create an ASN for Dick's, saved it and when they searched for the saved version, it was not showing up.

Their manager decided to let them out early today since they the site is not operating very smooth.  I'm presuming it will be corrected by tomorrow morning when they get in.  Thanks Paul.

Hi Marie,

I was definitely on Eastman1, so I will check out Eastman3.  I would assume the issue they were having earlier is related to the outage.  I just recently tried it before replying and was able to get in.  That was in regards to this ASN.



We are still hoping to be fully operational within the next hour. I realize that doesn't do much for you as of now, but I would certainly believe this will be working tomorrow as well.  I'm going to log into Eastman3 to take a look and will reply shortly.  Did you have  particular trading partner you want me to try?

I was able to get a test ASN and shipping labels to load for Gander, but it was not on the first try.  I left that example in your account just to see if you can get them to load on your end.  I've spoke with a few other analysts and they are seeing similar issues to what you are with forms having difficulties saving/loading.  My thought is that it is intermittently loading/working which is probably why it works sometimes and not others.  This would definitely be related to today's issues.  I'm going to make sure technology is aware and can investigate.
