Why aren't the steps I completed crossed off under Next Steps?

Please help what am I doing wrong. I can see what I sent as far as acknowledgements and such but when I open and order I have nothing crossed off in my steps as I did at one time. Why?

Good afternoon, Nancey! That's a great question- there are a few different reasons a document would be crossed off under Next Steps:

1) You have not yet acknowledged the PO. If the PO is still in a "New" status, the documents under Next Steps will remain crossed out.

2) You are working with an "item-tracking retailer". This means a retailer only allows you to send a document once and marks it as closed after it is sent.
*You are not set up with any item-tracking retailers, so you won't have to worry about this.

3) You checked off the "Done" box within the form before saving or sending:



*Please note: If "Done" is checked before saving or sending and you need to recreate the document later, you will need to re-open the PO by checking off the box to the left of the PO and clicking "Open" from the Select an Action menu:



4) Your browser has not properly updated the page after acknowledging the PO or sending a document. You can prevent this from happening by frequently clearing out your temporary internet files:
