Hi Trina,

Thanks for posting in our Support Center!  I am a little bit confused about your request and would just like some clarification.  I logged in to WebForms and found the Remittance Advices in question.  What would you like in terms of back up?  I can definitely send you the raw data for these remittance advices or for any EDI invoices in an email outside of this thread.  Just let me know which documents you would need.  If you are asking for further clarification as to why the deductions were made, I would recommend reaching out to your buyer or AP contact at Costco to confirm why the deductions were made.  Please let me know whenever you get a chance.  Thank you!

Hi Trina,

I can also try to reach out to them from my end.  I will copy you on that email.  Please let me know if this works for you.  Thanks!
