Unable to access Invoice via Next Steps

Hey Wang!

Thanks so much for your post! This appears to be an issue with your account's permissions settings.

These settings can be adjusted by navigating to your main portal page and then clicking on "Company User Admin". You can then click on the Edit icon for the username that you would like to adjust permissions for. Here, you will want to ensure that Read/Write is selected for the invoice form, and any other form that you would like to have full access to from within your WebForms account. Don't forget to click "Save" at the bottom once you have made the appropriate changes!

I also noticed, from your screen shot, that you are using an Ipad and Google Chrome as your internet browser. Since WebForms is not fully supported on Google Chrome and mobile devices, we can't guarantee performance when either of these are being used to access your WebForms account. If you experience any performance issues, you will have better luck on a laptop or desktop computer, and we recommend running Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser.

Does the iPad work at all for completing docs i.e. Invoicing??
