Thank you for your post!  I have alerted our Analytics Support Team and you should be receiving an email from Tom shortly.  Given the data can be sensitive information, Tom will keep the conversation going via email.

I still haven't heard from Tom nor are my reports available.  I was hoping it was an issue with the calendar adjustment that recently took place, but it wasn't corrected.

Tom reached out via email on the 29th of December, at about 4PM Central Time.  The case number included in the subject line is 02406644.  If you do not see this email, I can certainly ask he send another.
