no POs in webforms

I have 7 POs that I need to ship in 5 days that are not in my Webforms inbox anymore. In fact, there is nothing at all in my inbox! Please help! First PO number is 08287037299.

Thank you for contacting the Support Center! In regards to your concern, POs should never just disappear without a trace from your account. A couple things that may have happened:

1. You may have you preferences for your inbox set to a period of time in which you cannot view these orders in your inbox any more. You can still search for you orders though by the PO number. You can also change this setting in your account by going to preferences on the left and changing the months in inbox option.
2. Another possibility is that you may have you orders archived. You can run an archived search to find these.


If you are still running into issues I would contact our support team at 888-739-3232 option 1 option 1 as you may be experiencing a unique issue.
